IFMS System means

  • The Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS) is a cutting-edge web-based financial management platform implemented across the state government, covering budgeting, accounting, treasury management, and reporting. Utilized by over 67 administrative departments, more than 105 heads of departments, and over 4,200 Drawing and Disbursing Officers, it facilitates online government bill processing and receipt management. IFMS significantly enhances transparency, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness by automating manual processes and eliminating paper-based transactions. Moreover, it provides comprehensive financial reporting for well-informed decision-making. In addition to this, the system efficiently handles crucial tasks such as employee onboarding and pension management for a substantial number of pensioners.

  • Over 1.6 Lac employees utilizing it for applying for TA, TTA, advances, and claims.

  • A user base exceeding 10 Lac DBT beneficiaries, who rely on it for receiving their DBT payments.

  • More than 5 Lac vendors who access it for receiving payments and reviewing payment details.

  • The Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS) in Uttarakhand is a fully paperless platform for managing government transactions.

  • It employs color coding to effectively highlight urgent, important, and useful information for users.The system includes a comprehensive portal called UKosh, which allows taxpayers, citizens, and Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs) to create challans and deposit receipts into the State's consolidated fund.

  • IFMS is seamlessly integrated with key stakeholders such as the RBI and various banks.It facilitates the processing of expenditure claims for departments, covering bill preparation and submission.

  • Additionally, it efficiently manages employee information, enabling the recording of monthly payslips, allowances, and deductions.

  • IFMS Care is in place to effectively address end user queries related to the system's various modules.

  • Moreover, an Android mobile app is available to provide various services through mobile devices.
